Pure curiosity and fascination for the workings of the body and mind are what first drew me to both Hellerwork and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. What I mistook for fitness I soon realised only resembled taut muscles and a restricted perspective on life.

Upon completion of my Hellerwork Training in 1989 and commencing my Cranio-Sacral studies in 1991, I was also fortunate enough to have discovered SECOND AID which helped put into perspective and make sense of an otherwise chaotic period of my life. A gift I have since felt needed to be expanded and shared with everyone by organising workshops in London for its Founder Judy Fraser: who is now a Consultant for the Ca'n Pujola Foundation in Majorca.

I have maintained a full-time practice in the City for over 15 years and, through popular demand, have now expanded my practice to Canary Wharf where I work in-house for a major US Bank as well as the West End.

I feel fortunate to have found a profession which can have such a positive impact on people's lives and will continue to work with individuals and groups of every age and background: encouraging them to realise their potential.
